Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the V2Ray Chinese Community, including reading tutorials and using the download links provided on this site. Before proceeding, review the scope of the resources and the associated risks. This is a Chinese-language tutorial site, not the official operator of any client or core project.

1. Purpose and Scope of the Resources

This site compiles installation, subscription import, routing, and DNS configuration guides for v2rayN, v2rayNG, v2flyNG, and the Project V ecosystem. The content is for educational, research, and technical reference purposes only. It is not legal advice, a promise of network service, or a professional guarantee for any specific environment.

Interface labels, configuration fields, and steps in tutorials may change as software is updated. Examples explain concepts and should not be treated as complete solutions for production environments. Assess them against your client, core, and system. Before changing important settings, save your existing configuration and have a way to restore it.

2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any other jurisdiction relevant to their activities, as well as the rules set by network operators, device administrators, and service providers. No client, protocol, or configuration guide may be used for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized system access, data theft, infringement of others’ rights, or disruption of network operations.

Before changing proxy, DNS, routing, or VPN settings on workplace, school, or shared devices, obtain the necessary authorization. Users are responsible for ensuring that their purpose, targets, and permissions are lawful, and for their own configurations and actions. Technical information on this site does not authorize any particular use.

3. Software Sources and Third-Party Content

Clients and core software are provided by their respective open-source projects. Each project determines its software’s functionality, license terms, release schedule, and maintenance status. This site provides reference materials and download links; it does not provide subscription services or manage users’ remote servers.

Files delivered through download links and services associated with subscription URLs may depend on third-party maintenance, network conditions, or access permissions. This site cannot guarantee the continued availability of third-party content and does not endorse it commercially. Review the applicable licenses and rules before using software or other services. If versions differ, refer to the documentation for the relevant software.

4. Availability and Limits of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate, but cannot guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or suitable for every environment. We also cannot guarantee the continuous availability of this site, its download links, or any software. Differences in operating systems, permissions, firewalls, and configurations may cause results to vary from the tutorials.

To the extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for connection interruptions, lost configurations, data loss, or other losses arising from the use of its resources, software installation, or changes to network settings. Users should back up important data, protect subscription credentials, and test in an environment they can restore. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits doing so, or restrict any rights users have under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses

The names, logos, code, and documentation of Project V, V2Fly, Xray, and each client belong to their respective rights holders. Use, modification, and redistribution of open-source software must comply with its applicable license. Information on this site does not replace or modify those licenses.

Original guides and page content on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. When quoting them, credit the source and retain necessary context; do not present excerpts as official project statements. Reuse of third-party materials must also comply with the rights holder’s terms.

6. Changes to These Terms and Further Guidance

These terms may be revised as the site’s content, services, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” month at the top will be changed accordingly. Review the current terms before using the relevant resources or links. A new version does not automatically alter rights or obligations lawfully established before its publication.

If you have questions about a procedure or the scope of these resources, start with the Getting Started guide and connection troubleshooting guide to identify where the issue occurs. For questions about license interpretation or legal matters, consult the relevant agreement or a qualified professional.
